Economic challenges have certainly played a role, but the introduction of new managed spaces from companies like Storey, InfinitSpace, Kitt, and Workplace Plus, representing traditional landlords, has been a significant driver of change. 💼 These mew Managed Offices accounted for a substantial 44% of all new inventory in 2023, despite constituting only 23% of the available inventory at the year's outset.
