Rubberdesk's Q4 report is in! 📈 London desk rates for Flexible Offices are showing signs of resurgence, climbing by 2.6% to a solid £625 per desk in the closing quarter.

But that's not all! We're also witnessing a remarkable surge in inventory, with a whopping 43% increase (equivalent to 1.5 million sq ft) since the beginning of 2023. 🚀 What's behind this unexpected upswing? Economic challenges have certainly played a role, but the introduction of new managed spaces from companies like Storey, InfinitSpace, Kitt, and Workplace Plus, representing traditional landlords, has been a significant driver of change. 💼 These mew Managed Offices accounted for a substantial 44% of all new inventory in 2023, despite constituting only 23% of the available inventory at the year's outset. In contrast, Serviced Offices contributed 56% of the new inventory.
