Care worker
We are looking for someone to join our vast team of care workers across London, providing exceptional service to our in-home clients. They will have a range of responsibilities which will differ from client to client, typically tasks that would be done by a relative but not ones that would be done by a qualified nurse.
We want someone who can be compassionate and caring and wanting to do good for others. They should also be trustworthy, reliable and punctual. caring, trustworthy, compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic people who want to improve the lives of others that can also be quite flexible as the needs of our clients can often change, we want people who are able to work during the week as both morning and afternoon positions are available. Having your own transport would be ideal however it is not mandatory. Experience will help as you will have knowledge of your own which you can implement here but what we are looking for is someone who genuinely cares about our clients.

The duties will include:
Personal care such as assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, the management of continence and rising & retiring
To provide assistance with toileting, including emptying and cleaning of commodes, emptying and changing of catheter bags and the use of aids to continence such as pads.
To provide assistance with other tasks of daily living that people who use our services cannot manage alone. These may include cleaning, shopping, collection of pensions, paying of bills and laundry.
To provide social support such as talking and listening to people who use our services, helping them maintain contact with family and friends.
