Burrata & heirloom tomato, micro cress, tomato crisp, pesto
Burrata was invented back in the 1920's to use mozzarella scraps, curds, and cream to avoid food waste. For this dish we use excess tomatoes (from breakfast service), including the stems which are dried to provide a delicious and decorative part of this dish.

Raising a glass for Pride in London 🌈🏳️🌈🍸
Head bartender Apostolos Vasdekis has created this special ‘Pride in Art’ cocktail, a bold drink blending fiery ginger, refreshing cucumber and zesty citrus to symbolise the strength, diversity, and unity of the LGBTQ+ community.
Here’s how you can take pride in making it for yourself:
Ingredients
- Chase Vodka - 35ml
- Ginger syrup - 20ml
- Pomegranate juice- 25ml
- Lime juice - 15ml
- Crushed cucumber slice - 1, whole
- Organic bitters - 8 drops
- Mint leaves - To garnish
Method
1. Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer.
2. In a Boston cocktail shaker, add the cucumber slice, ginger syrup, and crush them together.
3. In the shaker, add the Chase Vodka, ginger syrup, pomegranate juice, lime juice and eight drops of organic bitters.
4. Shake vigorously with ice for about 15 seconds, then for an additional 10 seconds without ice.
5. Double strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
6. Garnish with a mint leaves and enjoy.

Art Yard’s Frankie’s burgers are the result of a collaboration between Sofiane Kaced and artist-in- residence Frankie Curtis. A twist on the traditional and reflecting Frankie’s signature whimsical doodle style of crazy characters, the burgers shun the bun in favour of a bagel.
