Part of the Accommodation team working to ensure the efficient running of the guest accommodation. You will provide the best possible standards to result in the highest of guest satisfaction.
As a Hotel Porter, you will:
Greet guests as soon as they arrive to the hotel.
Explain features of rooms and accommodation facilities
Provide information to guests when asked, which can include points of interest around the city or good places to eat nearby
Arrange transportation for guests so that they can reach destinations around the city
Maintain a clean entrance area and lobby so guests are greeted by a pristine entryway
Assist reception and housekeeping staff as when required.
No experience needed as training will be provided
!!Requirements:
Good communication skills
Energetic
Able to multitasking
All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK
12 Hours/Shift
5 days per week, including weekends to work.
Overtime available
We offer 12.5£/h, wages to be paid weekly, uniforms, and meals provided by the hotel.
Candidates must have a passport, bank account, and settlement or pre-settlement status.
