Customer notice: Potential USA Seaport Strikes.

As some of you may be aware, there are talks of potential strike at the U.S seaports on the East Coast and Gulf of Mexico, which can cause possible delays for months.

These strikes could cause potential delays in shipments to the US. However, the last time the East and Gulf Coast ports required mediation was in December 2012, where they were able to extend the expiring master contract 30 days, allowing both parties time to agree on a six-year deal on Feb. 1, 2013.

What does this mean for you, if the strike goes ahead?

If and when we get confirmation of the strikes, we will keep all of our customers informed. However, we do advise if you are planning on moving to the USA it is best to get your belongings shipped as soon as possible to hopefully reduce any delays.

After the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991, Ukraine declared their independence and has since celebrated this day each year. However, we must also be aware of the current situation in Ukraine—the ongoing civil unrest and war have caused significant destruction in an already fragile country.
