Create a Voice Chart at the beginning of the project that will be your guideline. If you are working in a team of UX writers, use Google Docs for collaboration and Notion for organizing, tracking, and archiving your work.

How about the copy itself? Remember about Nielsen’s heuristics, WCAG guidelines, and COCA (Corpus of Contemporary American English). Check the correctness of your text with Grammarly for grammar, hemingwayapp for readability, and https://pos.li/2jtaoi to avoid word repetitions.

Combining quantitative and qualitative methods is triangulation. It’s the best way to obtain full-fledged research results.
