You may feel stressed about money or the future and sometimes you might not know where that stress comes from.

You might be extra sensitive to money coming in and going out.

Generational trauma is often held within the root energy. It may be passed down from parents or grandparents who were affected by sudden migration and having been uprooted unexpectedly. Children of immigrants often have a very sensitive root energy. You can soothe the root energy by connecting to nature as often as possible. 🌳This is because the element which rules the root chakra is earth.

You can change your outer world by shifting the energy within you in this way.

You have the power inside you to build your own strong financial and emotional foundation. ✨

You have everything you need within you. 🧡 What if I told you that your ability to attract money and abundance is in your control? When your sacral centre is blocked, you might feel like it’s hard to attract or retain money. You might struggle to think of creative ways to make money because this centre governs creativity. Once you open up the sacral centre, it will make you magnetic to money. How often do you dance? If you want to open up your sacral energy, start dancing. It will move the blocked energy out of that centre and your magnetism and creativity will increase. You have magic inside of you.
