Reminded me of me and my son when he was young. I used to despair at times that he wouldnt fit in, he wasn't the same, he wasn't normal, he wasn't like the other kids. But I shouldn't have worried, my despair was no reflection on him it was my judgement trying to squeeze him into a box dictated by a society that frowns on difference, variety and these questioning children who won't tow the line and who openly display that imposed curriculums bore them to tears. Really, what I should have done rather than despair was embrace his quirks earlier, taken delight and laughed along with my beautiful boy. You can't fight the wind but you can put up a sail and harness it together. Now at 27, he's seen and done so many interesting, inspirational and exciting things that 'being normal' could have never have given him. Im so proud of my son for defying all my attempts to normalise him.

But if you have poor habits or limiting beliefs, it can take up to 1 year or longer to reprogram your mind completely; depending on how motivated you are to surround yourself inside and out with nurturing thoughts and activities.

No more seeking for the Truth or searching for enlightenment.

No more desire for any specific state of mind, feeling to have more than ordinary of what is.

No more resisting to what is, waiting for something better in future, or special experience to transcend the ordinary.

No more seeing oneself above or below others, or needing to be special in any way.

No more resenting or valuing ones past history.

No more “I am not good enough”

No more suffering.

It may surprise you that less than one percent of people know how to use this part of their mind!

So, if you feel like you're always chasing happiness or that you are in a cycle of worry and concern, be it worry around pregnancy, diet, health, love, money or 'fill in the blank"...
