We’re keeping the Carnival spirit alive this Bank Holiday Monday! Join us on our sunny terrace, where we’ll be firing up the drumbecue for a special jerk chicken feast, paired with mouth-watering sides. Our DJ will be spinning tunes until sundown, setting the perfect vibe for a day of good food and great music.

Our usual lunch and dinner menu will be available, but spots on the terrace are limited, so booking is highly recommended!

This cuvée Almagamé comes from the plot Vigne Au Daim in Gizia from producers Mathieu Allante & Christian Boulanger.

A Jura blend aged in 300ltr barriques for 12 months, it has a dense and grippy structure with ripe black fruit and moreish acids.

Working the family vineyards in Penedès, Toni Carbó ( ) says the wines he makes at La Salada are like an homage to his ancestors, and La Bufarrella is the most personal of all, made in the same style as previous generations. It’s a single-variety Xarel lo, light and buttery in colour, herbaceous and citrous in taste.
