Remember, we are the successors of the greatest ever commander in the history of the civilisation of human family, the beloved Prophet Muhammad (salla-Allahu alaihi wa sallam) as his footstep was followed by his great companions (may Allaah be please pleased with them all) which is far beyond and above the keyboard warriors such as WhatsAppers and Facebookers.

These legal devices are just temptation given to our females in a cunning manner in order to discredit their male guardians and to fuel family break-up, children without their legitimate progenitor father, create an enduring chaos and crisis in the family and the social order.

Introduction
It is evident that currently the state institutions have caused the problem in the families and family system by adopting defective legislation, policies, measures, approach and enforcement interventions. It is now expedient to run combined social action initiatives in order to remove this deep rooted problem. The following bodies are working together and calling on the members of the public to join in and progressively engage in through any of the fellow organisations by way of membership or donation in the prescribed manner.

(1) General System Organisation
(operated by Family System Limited)
Purpose:
General System Organisation is a general civil society organisation composed of the members of the public with common interest of the society to exercise the right to manage institutions to protect and enhance the interests of integrity, including soundness, stability, resilience and orderly operation and functioning, of the Governments at all level in an international relationship environment.

(2) Muslim Grand Organisation
(operated by Family System Limited)
Purpose:
Muslim Grand Organisation is a general civil society organisation composed of the members of the public with common interest of the Muslim society analogous to the Muslim Ummah to exercise the right to manage institutions to protect and enhance the interests of integrity, including soundness, stability, resilience and orderly operation and functioning, of the Governments at all level in an international relationship environment.
Explanatory Note:

Our Ethos Regarding the General Rule of law

Allah stated in the Quraan on the rule of law as follows:

أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ ۚ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حُكْمًا لِقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ

Do they desire to abide by the rules of law of Jaahililiyyah (analogous to ‘pagan ignorance’)! But for people who have yaqeen (analogous to ‘inner certainty’), who could be a better law-giver than Allaah!

Our Ethos Regarding Common Terms between Muslim ummah and others
Allah refers in the Quraan to the setting out common terms between Muslim ummah and other as follows:

قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ تَعَالَوْا إِلَىٰ كَلِمَةٍ سَوَاءٍ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ أَلَّا نَعْبُدَ إِلَّا اللَّهَ وَلَا نُشْرِكَ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا يَتَّخِذَ بَعْضُنَا بَعْضًا أَرْبَابًا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ ۚ فَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَقُولُوا اشْهَدُوا بِأَنَّا مُسْلِمُونَ

Say: "O People of the Book! come to common terms as between us and you: That we worship none but Allah; that we associate no partners with him; that we erect not, from among ourselves, Lords and patrons other than Allah." If then they turn back, say ye: "Bear witness that we (at least) are Muslims (bowing to Allah's Will).

Our Ethos on Gaining Expert Knowledge

Particularly in this adverse time for the Muslim ummah , the intellectual exercise is of paramount importance. However, Quraan generally gives special importance to the cultivation of profound knowledge as follows:

وَمَا كَانَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ لِيَنْفِرُوا كَافَّةً ۚ فَلَوْلَا نَفَرَ مِنْ كُلِّ فِرْقَةٍ مِنْهُمْ طَائِفَةٌ لِيَتَفَقَّهُوا فِي الدِّينِ وَلِيُنْذِرُوا قَوْمَهُمْ إِذَا رَجَعُوا إِلَيْهِمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَحْذَرُونَ

And all the Mu’min people should not go out to fight in the war field. A contingent from every troop should refrain from going forth to war and devote themselves to acquiring sound knowledge of deen. And that they could teach their home-coming brothers so they might guard themselves against evil

(3) Muslim Father Organisation
(operated by Family System Limited)
Purpose:
The organisation is a sectoral civil society organisation composed exclusively of Muslim fathers to exercise the right to manage, by way of trust, for the public benefit, otherwise than with a view to acquisition of private gain or profit, institutions to develop, protect, promote, represent and regulate the standards of the befriender service activity for the interests of integrity, including soundness, stability, resilience, orderly operation and functioning, of the Muslim families and Muslim family system recognising the desirability of the distinct functions of a male person as a husband, a father or otherwise in a family relationship environment to have to force of law.
Explanatory Note:
Muslim fathers are distinct from others due to the distinction of the belief system. A Muslim father holds the rules of Quraan in highest esteem. Allaah clearly provides for roles of the father in Quraan, in soorah Nisaa no 4, verse no 34:

الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللَّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ وَبِمَا أَنفَقُوا مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ ۚ فَالصَّالِحَاتُ قَانِتَاتٌ حَافِظَاتٌ لِّلْغَيْبِ بِمَا حَفِظَ اللَّهُ ۚ وَاللَّاتِي تَخَافُونَ نُشُوزَهُنَّ فَعِظُوهُنَّ وَاهْجُرُوهُنَّ فِي الْمَضَاجِعِ وَاضْرِبُوهُنَّ ۖ فَإِنْ أَطَعْنَكُمْ فَلَا تَبْغُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ سَبِيلًا

"The men (the husbands, the fathers-would-be and vice versa) are guardians, protectors, maintainers and in charge of the women (the wives, the mothers-would-be and vice versa). Because, Allaah has made ones to excel the others and to spend out of their wealth on them. The righteous women obey Allaah and their husbands; and they guard their husbands' interests in their absence as Allaah did. But, those women that flout with their husbands, advise them first; if they still persist, forsake them in beds; and finally, strike them as is useful without any exorcism. Allaah is All-high, All-great."

The organisation is a sectoral civil society organisation composed exclusively of Muslim male and female persons to exercise the right to manage, by way of trust, for the public benefit, otherwise than with a view to acquisition of private gain or profit, institutions to develop, protect, promote, represent and regulate the standards of the befriender service activity for the interests of integrity, including soundness, stability, resilience, orderly operation and functioning, of the Muslim families and Muslim family system recognising the desirability of the distinct functions of a male person as a husband, a father or otherwise in a family relationship environment to have to force of law.

Purpose:
Bangladesh Trust is a sectoral civil society organisation composed of the members of the public having interests in the cause and matters of Bangladesh to exercise the right to manage institutions to protect and enhance the interests of integrity, including soundness, stability, resilience and orderly operation and functioning, of the Government of Bangladesh in an international relationship environment.

(6) Family System Housing Scheme
(Non-profit property management organisation)
Purpose:
To make provision social housing, by way of trust, otherwise than with a view acquisition of private gain or profit

(7) Family System Charity
(General charity/ general charitable company)
Purpose:
To apply its income and fund exclusively for charitable purposes

(8) Family System Trading Fund
(Commercial entity as social investment beneficially owned by the charity to further the charitable purposes)
Purpose:
To carry on business as general commercial company
