🔥New Guest Roaster🔥🇧🇴🇩🇰 are without doubt one of our favourite roasters around and this is our favourite coffee that they bring to us every year🙌🙌 ‘Los Rodriguez’ is a coco naturally processed Bolivian in which the coffee is carefully dried in a cacao dryer allowing the producer increased control over the drying process. The resulting coffee packs a punch while also being delicate and complex ✨🍫🥭🍷

🔥New Guest Roaster🔥 Edinburgh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 have been one of our favourite roasters in the UK for some time now and this exceptional coffee is a demonstration of why🤤 A comlex and floral Natural Anaerobic from El Roble, a farm in the Colombian highlands, this coffee hails from a micro-lot of 100% Java, one of our favourite varietals which originated in Ethiopia before gaining it’s name when cultivated in Indonesia. The coffee then found it’s way to Colombia in 2010. This particularcoffee offers complex acidity with flavour notes of berry and dark cocao with a juicy body. 🍓🍫🧃

🗞️Rosslyn✖️ 👀📰☕️🔥 More than a little bit excited to announce this new partnership 😬😬 Since launching our first site at Queen Victoria St in 2018, Rosslyn has become the coffee shop of choice for many of the team at the Financial Times who have their headquarters just around the corner from us in The City of London. This year the FT is celebrating 130 years of printing on pink paper and we are extremely proud to partner with them to commemorate this by launching a limited edition ‘Rosslyn X Financial Times Pink Press’ coffee.
We’ll be serving this coffee via all batch brew filters at Rosslyn, it also works well with other filter brewing methods including French Press/Cafetiere, V60 and Aeropress should you wish to purchase a retail bag in store or online. 🔥NEW GUEST ROASTER🔥 Santa Barara 🇺🇸 (2022 Notable Roaster Honouree ) is a roaster that we’ve been wanting to bring to London for some time now…and we are delighted to say that this time has now come in the form of a spectacular washed processed Ecuadorian ☕️🇪🇨🍈🍊🍫 The ‘Chito’ is grown by a collective of 55 local producers in the South Eastern corner of Ecuador and is available on bar and retail across all three sites until sold out 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃
