We are delighted to welcome James Durrant to the team at Revolve.

James is joining us as Culinary Director and has a wealth of experience at venues such as Claridge’s with Gordon Ramsay, Maze with Jason Atherton and his own pub, the award winning Plough Inn.

James will be utilising his passion for British produce to create evolving seasonal menus and spearheading the running of the Guest Chef Programme, bringing in different established and emerging talents to cook in the Revolve kitchen every three months.

We are very much looking forward to working with him.

How the space makes our guests feel is incredibly important to us at Revolve. We are very lucky to have been loaned artwork by Damien Hirst and John Hoyland from the art collection of British Land, beautifully complementing the New York and Paris-inspired interior, designed by the award-winning Kanvass.
