I created spaces for people to find clarity. The moment they gained their strength and cleared their burden was the same moment they forgot where they started from.

I have seen this in many creatives. People aspire to be like someone and forget the foundation they built themselves on. You can find inspiration in this world but don't let that become a finished product, each day is new lessons. Be happy and proud in your journey as you express life.

I is a long process, the ups and downs to a point people give up. Right now people will tell you that they are chasing money in the arts and entertainment industry and wonder why they are miserable.

One thing I have learnt over the years is most Zimbabweans in the diaspora have some kind of special mental disorders when it comes to creative journey. You work on a project and they erase your name and credit themselves.

My work speaks for itself and I have seen vultures in the process. I don't buy fabrics, l design my own patterns and have FULL ownership( intellectual properties).

Do t be ignorant in your skills, people are watching every step, do t let anyone stop you coz you are more than what they see 💯

I went to see a show at the science gallery,London Bridge right opposite the shard.

The impact on social conditions and how we are labels and product of historical remnants. As an African in the diaspora, there is a room we haven't managed for ourselves coz of fear and being suffocated through the narrative of African consciousness.

They tried me and l kept everything in full ownership. It's not easy dealing with organised criminals and organisations that work against everything they say they do.

I lost respect for a lot of people who took advantage of situations beyond my control.

l couldn't see me loosing myself. It's a tough world and people are abusive and toxic in business, own your brand and product and understand the contract 💯
