Not having such a great weekend…. Felt rough went to out of hours gp to be told to go straight to hospital. Looks like I have an abscess in my throat that may need to be syringed. Didn’t realise how dangerous it was to be left with out treated!! Was literally just going to take pain relief and sleep it off! Thank god I saw someone as was told it could have burst which is deadly! Thanking the NHS as always for your amazing services

Just listening to the news regarding the horrendous conditions at the world scout jamboree in South Korea.

As an ex chief scout myself, I attended the world jamboree in Seoul South Korea in 1991, and had an amazing experience.

I can offer a positive juxtapose to the negative reaction from many worried parents. 
I truly believe in the whole ethos of scouting, and especially in todays world we really need such fellowships and organisations to encourage kids, to come together in positive way.

In my turbulent media life in and out of the Tabloids, I’m really grateful to the scouts for shaping my personality at a young impressionable age, to help with stand the negativity, and create good morality.

Feel incredibly blessed 🥹
