Northumberland Heath Post Office

Here is a message from Helen to all our lovely customers.

As you all know, today was my last day at the post office after many wonderful years. I just wanted to say a huge heartfelt thank you to every one of our customers, and the surrounding shops on the Heath, for all of your well wishes and presents. It’s been amazing getting to know all of you, and I will miss seeing you all on a daily basis. This has been my life for a number of years now, so it’s going to be a huge change not spending my days serving our community. Again, huge thank you to all xx

All our regular customers know Helen in the post office. She has been here helping thousands of customers in her time of 16 years at the post office. She is pursuing a different career and all my team and me would like to wish her all the best. Helen will be leaving us on 22nd May 2024.

We are looking for an addition to our Post Office team. Part time position for preferably ex banking or post office trained candidate with good customer relations. If interested drop your CV in the branch.

We can now DPD parcels
You can choose us as your collection point, drop of returns with DPD labels or bring in the QR code and we will print it for you.
You can also post in branch using DPD courier service.

In light of the new lockdown rules we are changing our opening hours. From today Tuesday 5th Jan 2021 our opening hours are
8.30am to 14.00pm Monday to Saturday.
