Hi all, Mylie's Funeral will be on Thursday 16th May @ 1pm in Putney Vale. SW15 3DZ. Then on to Churchills Pub SW11 1TQ, for refreshments and a proper good irish send off.

Churchills has lost another legend, our beautiful Mylie. He was a true gentleman, always good for a good yarn or joke. We will miss you very much. Our deepest condolences to his family and friends.

Well we gave Brendan a great send off, thanks to everyone who came. It was lovely to chat with his family and hear stories and see photos of a younger Brendan.
We laid him to rest yesterday, in the most idyllic spot, overlooking his school and childhood home in Dover. We had a pint of Heineken and a tequila shot in his honour.
May you rest in peace, Brendan. 💚

Just a reminder that Brendans funeral is tomorrow. The hearse will drive by Churchills on the way to the church, so it would be a nice tribute if we could all stand outside as it passes. Please feel free to leave a tribute and if you wish to donate, there's a jar behind the bar and I will donate on behalf of Churchills. Let's give this great man a great send off

Brendans funeral will be on Thursday Feb 1st @ 2pm Mary Madalen Church, Wandsworth SW18 2QU. Burial in Dover on Mon Feb 5th. Refreshments and a good send off in Churchills ( after mass service).

We've lost a big character from our Churchills Family today. Brendan, you were a true gentleman and one of the most generous people I've ever met. Who am I going to argue with and have a good debate with now ? All us girls will really miss you, you were so good to us. We just might even miss you complaining about the heat, or the doors open or Internet not working haha. And lest we forget, your rendition of Beyonces, All the single ladies. May you rest in peace and forever in our hearts.

Because of all of your donations, we managed to raise £796 for Ukrainian, Syrian, Afghan, etc., (😢) refugees for a really worthwhile cause. Youse are all just brilliant and we love you all and the craic you bring to this pub and the money you put into our tills and subsequently into our pockets. We couldn’t do it without y’all. ❤️❤️🥺
