Who knows about our beef gringa tacos?
Drop some 😍😍😍 in the comments if this is your go-to ✋
Tres Leches Tiramisu.
Cream, espresso, and Cazcabel coffee liqueur soaked sponge, topped with a dreamy cloud of whipped cream.
Finally, a dish we don't recommend sharing 😉
Crispy fried buttermilk chicken tacos with pink pickled onions and spiced mayo. What a combo!
Fun fact: we use regenerative flour in all our batter and desserts.
We're committed to supporting sustainable practices that work with nature, not against it, and earlier this year we were named the most sustainable restaurant group in the UK by magazine.
We’ll raise a margarita to that! 🌿
Guess what these ingredients are used for?
Clue: you might want one later!!
Isn't she a beauty? 😍
Our newest restaurant based in Paddington in all her evening glory.
When we designed this spot, we dove deep into the heart of Oaxaca, celebrating the craft and raw materials that make the Mexican culinary capital so special.
Sip at our bar under a canopy of dried flowers, cosy up in our treehouse-inspired pods, or gather around our long tables with hand-crafted touches.
Here’s to Wahaca Paddington and to Wahaca, reimagined. 🌟
Just gonna leave this right here...
Our legendary taquito packs a CRUNCH and perfectly compliments its soft, smooth centre. A roasted veggie and sweet potato filling is tucked into a crispy blue corn tortilla, topped with smoky chipotle mayo and salty crumbled feta, and served on a bed of freshly shredded lettuce. WOAH! Need we say more?! 😍
School's almost back, but there's still time for one last family feast at Wahaca! Get the little ones stuck into some of these tasty treats:
🌮 Build Your Own Tacos – free-range chicken, crunchy po***ck, or seasonal veggies with all the tasty toppings. Served with veg stick dippers and crunchy chips.
🌈 Kid's Rainbow Bowl – pick from chicken, fish, or veg and enjoy it with rice, slaw, and all the extras.
🥪 Cheesy Toasted Quesadilla Sandwiches – gooey, melty goodness with creamy black beans and those must-have crunchy sides.
Trust us, the kiddos won't be able to resist!
Our Lunch for One has been flying out the kitchens recently - maybe it's this summer heat calling for a burst of Mexican flavour?! 🌶️
