A beautiful duo. Ancho spiced mushrooms are cooked and served in two soft corn tortillas, accompanied by a zingy jalapeño mayo, crunchy beetroot crisps and a dressed slaw 🤤

Spice up your week with a three-day Mexican Craft Market at Emma Cons Gardens. In partnership with Wahaca and MexiBrit, we're celebrating Mexican Independence Day early, bringing artisanal craft, jewellery and food to the heart of Waterloo. Cue the Mariachi band.

Soothe your body and mind with a little self care at Emma Cons Gardens. There'll be Tai Chi, urban watercolours, yoga breathwork and much more, so don't forget to swing by for your dose of utter bliss.

If you're looking for a night at the theatre that hits a little different, Calder bookshop theatre may have just the thing with their upcoming Lambeth Fringe performances. 📸 Storyteller | Until 29 September
Described by the Evening Standard as "The most important exhibition you’ll see all year", Tim Hetherington's photojournalism show at Imperial War Museum London comes to a close at the end of the month. Marvel at this intimate and unconventional look at the human experience of conflict before it's gone.

When we designed this spot, we dove deep into the heart of Oaxaca, celebrating the craft and raw materials that make the Mexican culinary capital so special.

Sip at our bar under a canopy of dried flowers, cosy up in our treehouse-inspired pods, or gather around our long tables with hand-crafted touches.

Our legendary taquito packs a CRUNCH and perfectly compliments its soft, smooth centre. A roasted veggie and sweet potato filling is tucked into a crispy blue corn tortilla, topped with smoky chipotle mayo and salty crumbled feta, and served on a bed of freshly shredded lettuce. WOAH! Need we say more?! 😍

School's almost back, but there's still time for one last family feast at Wahaca! Get the little ones stuck into some of these tasty treats:

🌮 Build Your Own Tacos – free-range chicken, crunchy po***ck, or seasonal veggies with all the tasty toppings. Served with veg stick dippers and crunchy chips.

We're closed this evening (8th March) for our International Women's Day Supper Club with last entry for bookings at 1:45pm. Our Deliveroo and Click and Collect will also be closed from 2:00pm. Get your nearest Wahaca feast at our Islington restaurant.

Get into the Mexican spirit of things at Wahaca this Day of the Dead. It’s a vibrant celebration of life and an opportunity to remember the lives of the dearly departed. Our restaurants will be decked out with colourful altars inspired by Mexican ofrendas.

Come try out our new Tipsy Catrina cocktail, a floral twist on a margarita with hints of rose petals and pomegranate. Perfect to pair with our mouth-watering Lamb Birria Tacos and autumnal Riverford Organic Squash & Crumbled Feta Tostadas. Available until 6th November.

On Monday 19th September, we will be closed all day to allow our teams to pay their respects to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

We will reopen on Tuesday 20th September.

Our vibrant specials were inspired by none other than our co-founder, Thomasina Miers and can be found in her new book “Meat-Free Mexican”.

Our citrusy Habanero Corn on the Cob is the perfect addition to any summer spread. Be sure to make our cool, creamy, Burrata with Tomatillos and Tomatoes the centrepiece for your next Mexican feast.
