Our People, Culture, and Training Manager Stacy spent yesterday afternoon with our interns completing their onboarding.

We’re thrilled to welcome Sabrina and Victoria to the team for the next two weeks! 🎉👋

We’re still buzzing from our announcement, as featured last week in PRWeek UK! 🥳Babel employees are now majority owners in the agency they’ve worked so hard to build alongside our dedicated leadership team.

- Jennifer Mowat becomes the company’s new CEO 🎉
- Narelle Morrison, co-founder and COO continues in her role ⭐

- Paul Campbell is now a Senior Director and employee representative of the Trust 👏

This is a true reflection of the hard work and commitment that our people bring to the agency every day. They’re the beating heart of Babel and the reason for its continued success.

We can’t wait to continue this next phase with our newly empowered team, continuing to deliver on every front, from the people behind the progress.
