Pancake Day Story 🥞😋

Is the traditional feast day before the start of Lent on Ash Wednesday. Lent – the 40 days leading up to Easter – was traditionally a time of fasting and on Shrove Tuesday, Anglo-Saxon Christians went to confession and were “shriven” absolved from their sins.

- Over 20 hours of work today
- After a long and tiring day the van broke down 😒
- Arrived home at 1am, exhausted and to be awake again by 5am for Toastmaster.

Our Story

Our aim as a Crêperie is to provide our clients with crêpes as a healthy alternative to traditional fast food. Our freshly baked sweet or savoury crêpes are made from buckwheat flour and fresh natural ingredients.

At Carole’s Crêperie we try to transport our customers through a sensory journey, contributed to by the ambiance, the flavour of our crêpes, and the different exotic appetiser’s on offer.

Crêpe’s in Guadeloupe are a part of the culture and very social. Friends, family and neighbours all gather together, around a simple crêpe van and exchange moments of joy, laughter and life experiences.
