Then there's the constant advice to' eat this, don't eat this. Take this, its the best!!! "I lost 20llbs on this powder" it's constant and draining 😔 people trying to make alot of £££ out of the complexities of women's health, our wellbeing and shamelessly our insecurities.

Society in general expects A LOT from us women it's our belief we need reliable and accurate information about our health and wellbeing from experts.

Our vision was to make top class health and wellbeing guidance FREE for all... Even if it's Just ONE Day.

An event where you can get invaluable and FREE advice on multiple subjects to help you get the information you need to thrive!
