Herts Pilates run Pilates & Barre classes & wellness workshops.
Based in St Albans, Herts we offer a range of classes from Beginners- advance, corporate pilates, women’s health , small private groups and 121 sessions. Our St Albans Pilates and Wellness team offer friendly focused online Pilates and Barre sessions, Wellness workshops at present all via Zoom. All levels of Pilates, Barre, Nutrition and Wellness with our experienced instructors to help everyone feel stronger, happier and healthier.

Great news! Schools will be going back and a road map is in place for the reopening and socialising aspects for us all🙌.Being married to a teacher and also having many friends in the profession I have always seen & understood their commitment, efforts, enthusiasm and passion to share/teach and advise. However, I think all of us home schooling have an even stronger respect for our teaching staff ,and all who work in education now, and will be happy when they can be fully back in control of our children’s education journey and school activities. 👍
