If you find yourself having low back problems during overhead lifts, squats, deadlifts, bad technique might be the problem, or your back can’t take the weight. Wearing a belt offers spine support and decrease the chance of injuries. Everyone should wear a belt pretty much Make sure it is tight 🥵 #PMacFitness
