One thing we really love sharing at Quinta is our love for hot sauce. The perfect match to brighten our simple cuisine being served at the restaurant.

For the last 3 years we have been crafting our skills on pickling and fermentation to top our tacos, pupusas and burrito recipes.

Last batch our chili in hands, we have experimented a bunch of new recipes, from mild to super hot, with various tones of sweetness and acidity.

Time for fermentation to occur, we can only guess what the result will taste like, and we can’t wait to share our experiment with you.
