Just started reading this and it got me thinking: what automatic habits do you have? Like brushing your teeth in the morning, checking your phone before bed at night, turning the coffee machine on in the morning, etc?

And also, because I'm doing adulty things like sorting out my private pension, which if you haven't don't it yet, you should probs do it 😁 I talk more about this in my stories - go watch them before they disappear foreverrrrrr.

Last year, I ran my 12-week training program for new virtual assistants. At the end of the program, the students had an opportunity to do a paid internship with one of our partner businesses. The lady mentioned in this post was an amazing student and she went on to do an internship with this amazing client - and continues to work with her to rave reviews; she's already referred her to many of her friends!

This is what it's all about. What an absolute joy and privilege to have helped make this happen, but the end results are really all down to these amazing students who take a chance on themselves, build their confidence and skills, and push themselves outside of their comfort zones to do amazing things! ✨
