Baker Tilly network firm MHA in the UK has announced a merger with Irish accountancy and advisory firm Roberts Nathan. Effective 1 July 2024, Roberts Nathan will begin trading as Baker Tilly Ireland.

With 70 staff and partners operating out of offices in Dublin and Cork, Baker Tilly Ireland plans to create 100 new jobs as part of its expansion strategy.
