Extreme detail and ceramic skill can give us a result like this with such minimal to no prep of the teeth. Each veneer is a work of art, hand made, and will take hours/days to create (no digital printing copy cat veneers here..) as a copy of my approved trial smile - (More content on this to come)

When dealing with someone who’s had multiple opinions, it is often harder for me to deal with, but absolute confidence in our clinical process and a strong understanding of the psychology of the cosmetic patient gets us there in the end.

While we were there we also corrected balance with the facial asymmetry, and corrected a bite pattern on the right side which was causing a narrow smile. (Cross bite)

The magic here lies in our technique creating a handmade bespoke trial smile, which is copied by our Ceramist into hand crafted

Note the texture, and light transmission giving this smile vibrancy without drawing attention fit anything other than the right reasons

Let’s kick off the year with this smile for a very cool lady - this one is much trickier than it looks. 8 to work on gaps, proportion, alignment, balance with facial asymmetries, which through the smile design become harder to spot (note lower lip before and after..)

Replacing missing teeth with veneers…

Naturally missing front teeth (in this case lateral incisors) is rare but I see it a fair bit in my clinic as it creates an aesthetic concern. Using ultra thin porcelain veneers and the power of illusion by playing with light reflection, we replaced his missing teeth. No orthodontics for a few reasons, our dentists will understand this.

Using and creating a hand designed trial smile, testing and tweaking and copying to porcelain provides a solution.

10 upper ultra thin - made to fit into the harmony of the face. Working with the asymmetries of the face, rather than against them. Closing gaps but maintaining proportion and character. Super minimal/no preparation to the natural teeth...next stop lowers which are currently being aligned.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Just 6 teeth - the goal was to totally blend the dentistry into the existing aged smile, not give our patient bright white teeth. Along with improving bite, mismatch of colour and crooked teeth.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​3 visits:

This would not have been possible without a team effort where I asked to align the teeth first for me to get things in the right place. He worked more magic than I expected. Followed my my smile sculpting technique to hand design the teeth to avoid losing what makes this vibrant ladies smile her own. And finally the lab communications with our ceramists.
