Super excited to introduce the Prime & Peel treatment. Designed by Crystal Clear Skincare, this gentle peel contains 5 different types of acid to help brighten skin, helps with pigmentation and uneven skin tone.

This peel has minimal downtime and you can resume your usual routine after 28 hours.

As this peel is gentle you will not experience great amounts of skin shedding. But that doesn’t mean the peel is not working. Results can be seen within 24 hours.

South Asian Heritage Month (SAHM) is held annually from July 18 to August 17 to honour, recognise, and appreciate South Asian history and culture.

Kiran Support Services invites you to come and celebrate SAHM with an evening of regional food, dance and inspirational speakers. The winners of the Kiran Awards will also be presented with their awards on the evening.

The theme of SAHM this year is ‘to tell a story’. It is important to recognise and highlight the contribution Asian women have made to Great Britain and to British society. We have for too long been overlooked and often referred to as oppressed women.

The evening celebrates the achievements of our women - some of our services users have been working with Naila Ahmed to produce beautiful hand crafted wall-hangings that will be on display in the evening.
Our speakers are Sarbjit Athwal: Sarbjit’s sister-in-law was murdered by her husband and mother-in-law. Sarbjit will be ‘telling her story’ about the case and how she gave evidence against her in-laws for them to be prosecuted. She will Also bring copies of her book ‘Shamed’.

Our second speaker is Dawinder Bansal; an award winning artist who will also be ‘telling her story’.
The evening includes an awards ceremony to recognise the achievements, contributions and impact local Asian women have made to Britain.
A regional 3 course meal celebrating Indian, Pakistani and Bengali cuisine will be followed by a raffle and music by a female DJ Tables are £250 - please do come and bring friends with you that are not Asian - it is so important for us to showcase the work we do and the contributions we have made for everyone to see.

Moisturisers are a very important part of any skin regime. They hydrate the surface layers of the skin by sealing the skin, locking in moisture and nutrients, while protecting the skin from environmental irritants.

Regular use of a moisturiser will help prevent fine lines, dry skin and help even out the skin tone. Even oily skins need moisturising.

Moisturisers should be used every time the skin has been cleansed.

For the last 15 years Saiqs has been run by myself and my staff, but now its time to try something new. From now on Saiqs (H&B) consists of multiple small independent beauty and hair therapists.
