This is our Freedown Hills Hay-Smoked Wagyu Short-rib, finished with a Bone Marrow Jus.

Freedown Hills has been dedicated to offering exquisite meats for over 30 years and in 2019, created their own unrivalled English Wagyu F1, breed which we proudly serve here at M.
