The job involves liaising with customers, processing catering requests into a production plan for our kitchen team and a delivery schedule for our delivery team. You would Need to be able to be comfortable using various systems on a computer and have a good phone manner and pleasant personality when dealing with a customer enquiries. This is a Monday to Friday job and some of the work can be done remotely each day.

Help design the menu
Be responsible for ordering
Prepare, maintain and ensure the highest of FSA standards.
Train new recruits as and when they join
And be open to other ways of exploring anything generates revenue!
Our aim is to target a classic sushi delivery menu with all the necessary favourites.
