Our vegan banana & walnut loaf is a signature item. The recipe was developed from the original Anna Smith Bakes recipe and took a while to perfect! We bake this fresh at least twice a week, and it flies out wherever it goes! Tx

....and happy Friday peeps. Having run around a kitchen all week, the last place I want to be is in mine at home! I love cooking over a fire, so we have spiced lamb and a smoky ratatouille this evening with bulgar wheat. Tx

We have an event here at Tooting Works today; we have contributed some banana and walnut cakes, and rum and raisin drizzle cakes. Get on down!

I make all my own pickles, chutneys, and most importantly chilli sauces. This is just a generic, tasty sauce, not too hot, and very fresh. We use this in our cooking, and our chilli lamb sausage rolls. Tx

Kids are amongst our most discerning customers! Special requests like these vegan and gluten free muffins are no problem, we are used to such requests! Tx

Toby had an experiment with a classic ginger parkin today. The original wartime recipe came from a code-breaker at Bletchley Park, and needed a bit of updating. Finished with cream cheese frosting and crystallised ginger!

Toby had his page hacked, and whoever hacked it behaved against community standards. He is currently trying to get his account back, but its taking ages!

We have used this in our Pork and grain mustard rolls for the entire 12 years we have been trading. We just got permission from Lynchburg to use the name on our labelled products! Tx

We try and make our food special for every client; in this case the client was just two, and utterly fascinated with spaceships. So here is a vegan dark chocolate and raspberry rocket cake, with dark chocolate cake and candy meteors. He loved it, and we very much enjoyed making it! Tx

Super chuffed for Perks and White -new site in St James' opens on Monday. Very pleased to be involved, and can't wait to get some of our fabulous products into the heart of London, to go with their fabulous coffee!
