We often get asked what exactly is a bao? ⁠
⁠
It’s a soft and fluffy steamed bun that is filled with savoury flavours. They are a popular street food snack in lots of parts of Asia, sometimes referred to as Taiwanese burgers, and are traditionally filled with braised pork and peanuts. At Master Bao our options are a bit more varied – from ginger braised tofu or spicy prawns and kimchi. ⁠

Half term treat incoming - kids eat free is returning to tomorrow. From Oct 26th – Nov 3rd, children under 12 can enjoy a kids meal (with a non-spicy chicken bao, chips and broccoli) or a bao of their choice - on us! ⁠
