- Too much napping can disrupt your regular sleep routine.

- Even if your gym is closed try to get some exercise in. Exercising will make you feel more tired and also give you a sense of accomplishment. But stay away from exercising a few hours before bedtime since it could give the opposite effect.

We can't get enough of banana bread 😋⁠

If you also have major cravings then keep reading. We've created the perfect recipe for a really tasty banana bread 🍌⁠

Ingredients:⁠
1 scoop One Whey®⁠ Vanilla White Chocolate⁠
2 bananas⁠
250g skyr⁠
2 dl oats⁠
2 tbsp flaxseed⁠
1 tbsp chia seeds⁠
1¼ dl honey⁠
2 tsp baking powder⁠

How to:⁠
Mash the bananas with a fork and mix them with One Whey and the other ingredients into a sticky dough. ⁠Pour the dough into a loaf pan buttered with coconut oil.⁠ Bake in the oven for 40-55 minutes, depending on how sticky you want your bread.⁠ Enjoy! ⁠

TIP: Serve the bread when it's still hot, just as it is or with butter, cheese and jam.
