Quick Roast Update!

First off, massive thanks to everyone for the amazing support with this! I’ve wanted to do a roast for the longest and your feedback has been out of this world.

We’ve been steadily increasing covers each week, finding our limits in our cozy kitchen—huge apologies to anyone who’s missed out so far!

Now that we’ve got a few rounds under our belts and ironed out some sticking points in both the kitchen and FoH, we’re ready to really go for it 💪

This Sunday, we’ve got more spots for bookings AND more space for walk-ins! So if you’ve been thinking about it, the time has come — get down and have a big roast dinner with us.

Introducing Good Roast by .burgers – a Sunday roast that’s all about quality produce and meticulous preparation, just like their renowned burgers. This is the roast you won’t want to miss.

Every Sunday from 13:00 to 17:30, starting this week!

Wedge Caesar Salad

Salad healthy right? WRONG!

Our big wedge salad is doused in veggie Caesar dressing (no anchovies, just capers and brine), chocked full of homemade bacon bits (v option too) & croutons then finished with a showering of veggie Parmesan. It’s salty, indulgent, and fresh enough to pretend you’re hitting those macros.

Country Fried Oyster Mushrooms

Here’s our love letter to the celiacs and gluten intolerant. We know fried food is normally off the menu, so here’s something to shout about.

We boil our mushrooms in stock and spices to boost texture and flavor, then dredge them in seasoned cornstarch and potato flour before par-frying. This light, crispy coating is fried to order—in a dedicated GF fryer, of course.

Dusted with Togarashi (a Japanese chili spice blend 🥵) and served with our vegan Lemon & Nori mayo, these mushrooms are a seriously tasty side—perfect with burgers or fries, gluten-free or not.

Chicken Wings

Wings are a beautiful thing so we make sure to do em right �

We marinate our wings in spiced buttermilk for 24 hours, then dredge them in seasoned flour, cornstarch, and potato flour for that extra crunch. Our glaze is brown butter, Franks, honey, cayenne, and a pinch of Xanthum gum to stabilise the emulsion. Pair them with ranch and chives, and these wings are crispy, spicy, and the perfect party snack.

Yes, our burgs are the main event, but that doesn’t mean we don’t take out sides very seriously. Very seriously indeed. Stay tuned for a deep dive!

Veggie Burger

We’ve got love for the veggies, too. We use Unconventional™ patties and smash ‘em just like the beef—crispy crust, satisfying bite. These patties tend to slide around in the bun, so we throw in some lettuce to help keep things together. Otherwise, it’s just like our smash burger, but 100% beef-free! You can go fully vegan too, with vegan buns, cheese and house sauce.

Crispy, crunchy, mayo, pickles, lettuce. Another classic that always hits 🎯

Smash Burger�

It’s the classic, the smoke show, the big daddy, the femme fatal and honest John!

We make our smash burgers with 2 dry aged beef patties from our good pals . These are salted then pressed into the griddle, totally caramelising one layer giving crispy edges and big beef flavour. Finished up with American cheese, pickles and our house sauce then slid into a potato bun (more on this later), and that’s it! These burgs rock.
