The Delaunay

From our new 'Fifth Season' cocktail menu - 'Taxi Dancer'. Named for the popular Viennese tradition of hiring a dance partner for the evening, our serve has its own brand of Fred Astaire or Ginger Rogers pizzazz: a whisky base complemented by sweet pineapple and completed with lemon juice and warm ginger.

Launching today - our new cocktail menu 'Fifth Season' captures the extravagance and elegance of the traditional Viennese ball season, in which over 400 balls are held each year.
Each of our serves are named for an evocative element associated with this still treasured ritual, which has its roots in eighteenth century regal Austria.

Our head chef, Maciej, has been part of the company since 2014. Inspired by his grandma's cooking growing up, Maciej can't remember a time when he didn't want to be a chef.

Frohes Oktoberfest! At The Delaunay Counter, we’re dusting down our lederhosen and preparing for a fortnight of celebration in honour of Bavaria’s annual beer festival. Kicking off this Thursday, 19th September, with a live Bavarian band at no extra cost. Evoking the spirit of grand café dining

Inspired by the simplicity of European café dining and traditional British rituals, we are delighted to launch our Afternoon Tea by Regis Negrier, our Group Executive Pastry Chef. Familiar classics include carefully prepared finger sandwiches and Austrian-inspired cakes, plus just-baked scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam. Available every weekend.
