1. A pivotal moment in time when the whole world was reminded of the racism that exists in this world.

2. Statistics showed that there were only 1% of Black Headteachers in the UK. - We know that education is a source of change and inequality was not to be overlooked.

3. We connected with Black Aspiring leaders and provided a CPD programme that offered a space that was never before available

4. A number of experienced Black leaders bought into the vision and joined us along the way. Special shout out to Alison Kriel Evelyn Forde MBE Professor Paul Miller Tubatsi Moloi Adrian McLean
