π if you end your last meal by 6.30/7pm every night ( which trust me easy and feels amazing) you have already fasted overnight. Your can only hold glucose for 8-10 hours until it makes its own.
If you further compromise body gets stressed the levels kicks in and start to disturb other hormones!!! decreases and rises.
If youβre not walking up hungry this is a clear sign youβre body is running on and suppressing your hunger.

6 Tbsp mix nuts powder
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 cup coconut sugar / jaggery / normal sugar
2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
