It’s been great to be recognised by for our Stonking cuisine that has been flying out of our kitchen over this challenging year. 🍇Wine of the Week 🍇 MAR DE FRADES ALBARIÑO! Adeline’s choice is this superb Albariño from maritime climate Galicia in northern Spain. It balances salt and citrus with tropical stone fruits. Pairing well with our Burrata and Oysters in this hot climate, it’s cool tones are as relaxing as the Spanish sea waves 🌊

Jennifer Lee has made her debut with us and quickly snapped up the TAPIZ for her chalice of choice; A Generous, Sweet & Savoury, experimental Rosé made using Malbec grapes from the Fatamina Valley in Argentina. The bubbles transport you Blackcurrant notes & Deepened Summer Fruits tones. It’s also the most elegant fabulous pink colour!

🍇Wine of the Week 🍇 SANCERRE RAIMBAULT We welcome Maanvi to the team and applaud her choice this re-opening week! Encore! Her musical theatre talents and this particular Sancerre are crowd-pleasers with Lemon Peel high notes and Buttery belts. This low Production Sancerre is made in a modern style with extra freshness but with a Classic, Steely Minerality. Enjoy this beautiful Loire treat on our Loire-like terrace (almost) or, when it rains, in our snug wine speakeasy.

🍇Wine of the Week🍇 JANSZ!
‘I pity the fool that does not choose the Jansz’ McCabe 2021. Coupling Old World inspiration with New World innovation, Jansz crafts this wine from vineyards throughout Tasmania and its crash landed onto our list with flare!

Aromas of honeysuckle and fresh strawberries from the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fruit. The palate is balanced with delicate fruit flavour, fine creamy texture and a refreshing natural acidity. The finish is dry and fresh with lingering flavours of citrus and nougat.

Inky, with Glossy Cherry & Chocolate traits this wine is made using Chambourcin, a mystery grape of unknown parentage, blended with a little Graciano & Shiraz. Fruit-forward but relatively high in tannin, this wine requires big, l***y food just like our Katie!

She speaks of Lemon posset & peaches, a Sauvignon Blanc & Semillon from the Entre-Deux-Mers being all Juicy but elegantly structural.
