James ‘Barf’ Callahan has been responsible for some of the best Lovenskate graphics over the last 20 years. Those include both alex Hallford and Lucy Adams’ first pro boards, as well as a host of other weird and wonderful creations that we have had the privilege to screen print in Lovenskate HQ.

From the brilliant mind of John Dye, owner of east London’s , the last remaining independently run BMX shop in the UK. Be it a comment on relentless consumerism, or state control, this has all the style and power of classic 80’s skateboard art!

John has been riding his BMX since the 80’s, and knows more about the golden age of skateboarding than most, as well as a wealth of knowledge on music and serial killers. His shop also has his art and screen print studio in the basement where he print all his zines and merch, a man after our own hearts!

Inspired by our trip to Benidorm earlier this year, Igor drew this. The detail is insane and he captured it perfectly. Benidorm is nuts, combining Union Jack bunting and Full English breakfasts with great architecture and murderous shop owners with terrible manners.
