Our MISSION is to share all our culinary traditions with our starter experience: the very best charcuterie and cheese imported only for us, such as Parma Ham and Parmesan Cheese, together with our beloved Lambrusco, a slightly fizzy dry red wine strictly served in bowls! Then you can carry on with our typical home-hand-made pastas, such as our authentic Cappelletti in Brodo or Tortelli d’Erbetta.
