I decided not to over think it but simply go where the heart flows. If that was a faraway place it would and has always been India. My maternal family line stops there disappearing into the chaos and crowded streets of Calcutta in the 1800s. sit is a deep seated part of me. The rest for now remains a mystery.

Fast forward and I have found a connection in a place that has genuinely always felt like home to me. After building a team and creating a community here in London a far reaching friendship in India has risen with a new kind of energy. It all feels very cosmic. 💫

I am reading so much here on the grid about the realisation that community is everything. As a single parent with a far flung family It has always meant everything to me. It is at the heart of Bless and that will never change. Real connection, not skirting on the surface in a faux spiritual spin but soul seeking, prepared to be vulnerable kind of connection is golden. For me that means creating a patchwork out of your life experiences. Square after square, light and dark and every shade in between stitched together with heartfelt emotion. Learning through mishaps and heartbreaks, wrong doings and judgements are why we are all here.

Growing community and connection is Bless itself.

Bless Stories was always going to end with India. It’s where my dreams started and it where my dreams feel most aligned and alive.

Nature is at the heart of feeling Bless for us.

Whether we are at the Bless Cabin holding space, on retreat there ourselves or striding out East side of the city in nearby Epping forest, nature unfolds like magic.

She is forgiving, intuitive, inspiring, flexible, sustaining, collaborative, gentle and wild in equal measure. Nowhere is the light more truthful. Shadows and shine the forest she wears it all.

We have a beautiful space in Norfolk just 2 hours from Bless but it’s a completely different world. Surrounded by nature is a humbling home coming. And just as we have done and will continue to do with the Bless Warehouse in Hackney we are curating and creating experiences to share.

Breezing into Spring with lots of newness and wonder at Bless. We have some exciting new projects in work, tickets will be on sale next week for the July Bless Seasonal Warehouse Supper and we are busy curating a beautiful day retreat at the Bless Warehouse. You will be the first to know.

For now very happy to introduce to the Bless family. Sunday is generally the day when you can pre booking or drop in for a reading with Rose. Come and say hello and find out how Rose approaches her readings this Sunday between12 till 3. Stay or book in for a reading.

For many of you who know and love you can still book her sessions and join Bel at the monthly Bless Tarot Cafe.

When you love and value what you find - frame it. Sourcing vintage textiles in India and working with expert framer to do each piece justice is a dream project. Beautifully crafted our first framed piece sold before we had a chance to hang it. The rest of the collection will be framed one by one. Prices start at £225. Time to bloom. It’s a joy to walk alongside our members and see them grow into themselves. Ella and I have retreated together, partied together and been silent together and I can tell you that in each instance Ella brings abundant wonder with her.

Today she is joining our team at Bless bringing her Soul Care Sessions of reiki and sound. Spots are booking up but we would love to see you … pop in for a discovery chat or a drop in session.

Our favourite place to be is in circle. Today was moving beyond. Stories told with such honesty and witnessed by willing and open hearts. Never assume you know someone until you sit in silence and truly listen.

Our Spring gathering coincided wIth IWD. We couldn’t talk about women without honouring our maternal ancestral lines through tears and joy.

International Women’s Day and a shout out to Shruti my co-creator in India. Different continents, different experiences but a shared understanding and an appreciation of one another’s dreams holds endless power and possibility.

Loving where our shared journey is heading

International Women’s Day is my favourite day in the calendar. This year I am spending the day with off grid Queen of Norfolk to celebrate and honour the women of our lives, past, present and future.

This time last year we held a beautiful space at Bless for a group of 30 women. This year the need feels more intimate and the environment more in touch with Mother Nature. It’s the next in our series of seasonal circles and I can’t wait to see how the land and the light has changed at Albion Nights since our Winter gathering.

Being truly in the flow with a soul sister is nothing short of life affirming with infinite possibility. It’s the supportive expansive encouraging non judgemental and authentic connections that are all woman that are capable of changing the world.

Sometimes a breeze changes everything. A person, feeling or situation can feel as though it has arrived on a breeze. Something gentle, something precious, something sent your way for a reason. Being open to life when perhaps you just want to shut down and hide away isn’t easy. I know. I have been that person. Loosing faith and struggling to see the light can take hold but nothing last forever if you stay open to the slightest glimmer.

Today I had a beautiful conversation about holding onto hope and celebrating the joy when it is present. I feel the smaller the moment the more precious the joy is. That is something that has changed my view of everything.

Back on the breeze I can feel things on the turn and it’s not just the season. All will be revealed.

Last year we held space at the Bless Cabin for our retreat Sounds of the Forest. It is a personal favourite and will be back again for 2024 for our 3rd season. One of the things that became clear was the love that all of our guests have for the Bless Cabin, the views, the forest and the interior. It’s a calming and inspiring place to work whether you are writing, pitching, plotting or planning.

2024 we are opening up the space to offer only 8 places over a few dates. You get to share the space with us, have your own dedicated desk in your private room, enjoy simple plant based meals freshly prepared for you, take forest walks (optional) and even have 121 sound healing sessions (optional extra).

I experienced a reading at a time I was struggling with what it meant to be. A reading was a mirror that helped me to see myself clearly through any doubts or misconceptions. It put wind in my sails on the sea of self. More than 6 months have passed and I am checking myself in for the next chapter.

Meet Liv our Queen of cacao and ceremonial haircuts. Long gone are my days of hours in the chair and i haven’t coloured my hair in donkeys years but there is something undeniably invigorating about a haircut with the intention to change things up, to revitalise, to say goodbye and to stride into things anew. Add a layer of ceremonial cacao and the whole experience turns into a heart opening revelation that makes you want to dance.

Our Bless party this year felt extra special - gathering the Bless family that has grown over the past 4 years served as a reminder that it’s ok to fill up with love and laughter whilst being compassionate and caring.

We have beautiful intentions and visions for 2024 and our first events are live. You can catch us before the year runs away with herself in our Stoke Newington store open everyday 10-6 and Christmas Eve 10-2.

On Saturday night we held the Bless warehouse Supper 006. When we started these in 2022 we incorporated a teaching. I loved each and every one of them and we covered subjects and passions from s*x coaching, elemental personality types, flower essences, astrology, tarot and so much more. Fast forward to Saturday and we have changed things up ~ we became our name sake and owned it ~ Bless Stories ~ the evening flowed with heart felt magic that we all possess because we, you, i - we are all story tellers.

For 2024 we want to share more stories and hear yours too. Inspired by the high vibes and love felt on Saturday night we have started to put together a story telling season. So much coming your way in 2024.

It’s almost impossible to choose a favourite image from our 2 Bless Cabin retreats in Norfolk last week but something about capture has a language of its own that just seems to resonate with the light energy that was woven into the leaves of the trees and the spaces in between while we were forest side …. silent reflection was healing almost beyond measure and gave rise to new levels of understanding and release. Mother Nature always has so much to teach us.

Bless Retreats take in a deep breath of forest air. In Japan forest bathing is available on prescription. A 2 hour forest immersion every 6 weeks keeps the immune system topped up - and that’s a fact. And so It is an integral part of our retreat programme. It can be subtle and almost anonymous - the kind of therapy that just works it’s magic if you move through the forest slowly enough. Today we talked about just that - slow healing with intention. The journey here is deep and wide and allows time for real soul exploration. Nature is a great teacher and reflects back to us much that we need to recognise - the simple truth in autumnal technicolour.

Day two of a very special 2:1 retreat at the Bless Cabin. This is a space and a season for shedding and for transformation. This morning was a silent one. Instead of filling the space with words we each let the space take shape without an agenda. Walking for a few hours among raindrops and showered leaves held immense magic.

2 phrases came to mind “the simple truth” and “all the shrooms”.

I have just arrived back from almost a month away in India. A life reimagined with pure simple pleasures and openness in beautiful technicolour. Like all of us blessed to be walking a gentle path I am wondering how I can integrate that when parts of the world are an unimaginable living and not so living hell.

Am I glad to be back? I’m not quite sure.

As I start to wrap up the last days of the Summer in preparation for a trip to India I feel full of emotion.

In the last few weeks I have felt a big shift in my life. Since Bless came into being the need for community out there became crystal clear. I listened to peoples stories and felt into what it was they were really asking for. When you really listen and hear a message as potent as that doors need to be opened, windows and hearts too. Throw caution to the wind and follow the calling. I simply created the space, did all of the above and something began to flow.

The Bless Ensemble … a growing family of the most intuitive and skilled practitioners and artists arrived one by one. Along with our members they are the beating heart of bless 💕

The Bless Soul Family membership was a Summer baby and I can tell you it’s the best club I have ever been part of. If you want to book a discovery call slide into our DMs.

A Bless life is a good life. To round off the Summer I found myself creating events alongside my collaborator of dreams . Sitting in balance with a someone is a wonderful and wise place to be. You get to share your inner most, offer guidance to each other and reflect together. And that’s before you get to co-create.

Helen turned the Bless Summer into gold giving us a home for our retreat Tend & Befriend and co-creating Circle In The Meadow a Bless/Albion Nights collab destined to be a seasonal gathering.

Summer 23 you have been an absolute treasure. I am sad to see you fade but Autumn is already beginning to unfurl and I have something magical waiting for me in India. You have a few weeks to catch me before I go or book into the Bless Supper 007 ‘Tales From India’ when I return in November.
