Part of our Autumn remix, we've gone and made way for a new flava of tacos to sink your teefies into. This time, it's all about the Birria Beef.

Think two corn & flour tortillas, layered with slooow-cooked beef chuck, marinated in-house with a birria blend of onion, garlic, toasted cumin seeds, pepper, oregano, chipotle and tomato, and topped with a tangy salsa and pink onions to boot 🤏

Autumn called and we answered with a flava bomb for our new menu that's straight up c.r.e.a.m of the crop...We give y'all, the Wagyu-Tang 🤙

The burger of all burgs, this minx is packin' two smashed British Wagyu beef patties, melty raclette cheese, truffle mayo drippin’, crispy shoestring onions, and that sliced pickle to top it off with a little xtra tang 🤤

NATIONAL BURGER DAY, BUT MAKE IT A MONTH LONG GIG PLS & THANK U

With every burger slinger's fave day coming in hot later this month, we've been busy behind the scenes scouting out the resident Grillmaster Flash amongst our kitchen crew, with the chance for our chefs to have their own creation take centre stage on our menu for the occasion.

But tbh with ya, the crew really came through on this one and we couldn't stop at just one. Or two for that matter.

Yep call us weak 🫠 coz we went and picked THREE of the most burgering burgers to join our line up of Buns for the whole 👏 damn 👏 month, with each one landing as a special in the respective chef's restaurant. Just don't judge them from their profile pics yh? Marketing were off that day...🫣

Okay scene set, let's break 'em down:

1. Buenas Nachos, by Jan @ Carnaby
Nacho average burger, this double-stacked demon is packing American cheese, corn nachos, sour cream, guacamole, kidney bean & sweetcorn salsa, and served with a shot of hot cheese sauce on the side for good measure.

2. Hen-nessy, by Anna @ Soho.
A ten ten hen, we're talkin' our legendary koji chicken tenders, piled high with turkey bacon, Cheddar & mozzarella croquette, turkey baconnaise, tomato, onion, lettuce and a spiced plum jam, all sandwiched between two waffle pieces and served with a shot of turkey bacon maple syrup on the side.

3. Parm Avenue, by Lois @ Oxford.
From raclette to riches, Lois keeps it classy with two dry-aged steak patties, bresaola, raclette cheese, shaved Parmesan, Maggi mayo, lamb's lettuce and cornichons.

You've got until 31st August to come thru and show 'em some love! But which one will you be smashing first? 👀
