We are at Hackney Central today with Time for Tea. Come see us until about half 3!
We are ready to start decorating the parklets on Stoke Newington Church Street with stars and wishes made by pupils from St Mary's Church of England Primary School and Shacklewell Primary, thanks to See you in Stokey and Hackney Council.
That's the last of the Twinkle stars gone up, on St Pauls West Hackney. Can't wait to see them in the dark again!
We'll be down there on Saturday to make stars and wands – come along and have a go, then walk the See you in Stokey Winter Toy Story trail.
The tree is now lit up for . Great to be able to do this again with logistical help from streets team!
The Stokey tree is now lit, joining the stars outside The Old Church. Next week we’ll be hoisting the last three up the side of St Paul’s West Hackney on the high street.
Great day at Dalston CLR James library today talking to people about our Time for Tea project and drawing biscuits. Big thanks to Hackney Libraries for hosting and supporting us. We’ll be at Hackney Central library on Friday to talk again about ways to help someone in a harmful relationship.
We are at Dalston CLR James today talking about our Time for Tea project exploring how to support people experiencing domestic violence

They're back!
The stars are back at The Old Church for the winter, lit up from 3pm to 11pm every day. Look out for the extra bonus star at the top of the tree outside the fire station!
Also, a massive thanks to everyone who made it down to our event on Saturday evening with See you in Stokey.
If you're around tomorrow (Sat 3 Dec) then come to our big event with See you in Stokey!
From 5pm we'll be doing a lantern parade with local primary school pupils, and samba band Pumpkin Jigsaw, from the Town Hall down Church Street. At the fire station we'll be turning on the decorations on the big tree and enjoying songs with Vox Holloway choir. It's fun and free, the street will be closed for the event and the shops are doing late opening until 8pm, so there'll be lots to see and do!

Put 3rd December in your diary. It’s the launch of the Constellations art project in collaboration with which looks to light up N16 through the winter. Take a look at our website for more info and how you can get involved ⭐️
It’s a happy accident but we LOVE the way our festive stars make shadows across the street! Designed for a big community event on Church Street in December by Output Arts , businesses along the street have been making them in workshops and proudly displaying them in their windows.
They are made from biodegradable materials and (we think) look so much better than the usual plastic window dressings you see at this time of year.
We have even had customers asking if we are selling them! Why not pop down to Church Street and see for yourself?!
See you in Stokey ⭐️⭐️⭐️
