The hospitality industry is tough, it’s been tough for a while. One of the hardest parts is finding team members who can hustle, have a laugh and smash the big events 💥

🍴What? Legiiiit, authentic af, Thai Food Bar.

📍Where? In the Banana Warehouse in Seven Dials Market, (downstairs, next door to Yum Bun).

👫Who? Ran by family Gotti+Paula who moved from Bangkok to London over 10yrs ago. They then joined us, graduated the inKERBator scheme in 2017 and have been slinging some of the most addictive Thai food you can find in London, ever since.

🥒🍌Who are their fave traders in Seven Dials Market? Yum Bun and Wheelcake Island

🌞What are they doing when they aren’t working? Hanging with their two girls and being

💦 OKAY ENOUGH SOPPY STUFF WHAT SHOULD YOU EAT? You have to order the Mooyang, 24hr marinated and grilled pork shoulder served with their purple jasmine rice and a gooey free-range egg, (and some veg in there for good measure).

Also their Kaprow is one of their OG dishes from the markets.

…aaaand probably their Pad Thai, something they’ve added exclusively for Seven Dials Market!

💛Also we wanted to say a massive thank you to who kicked things off with us when we opened back in Sept 2019, it’s been a wild ride here in the market and your ramen kept us sane through the pandemic. We hope you all smash this next chapter 👏
