EMS Response - First Aid to Critical Care

Thanks, once again to Finish Line Fund for our grant, which helped towards the cost of EMS Response - First Aid to Critical Care today!

The sun stayed behind the clouds but it was still muggy. Some welcome relief in the wooded areas for this years runners. Most competitors were running for various charities and honering Kirste.

2 day medical support in Enfield. 🚑 Solo clinicians on both days. A pleasure to continue to supply support for a loyal client. Day 2 of 2. 🚑

2nd 🏊‍♀️ 🚲 🏃 Triathlon on Sunday morning. The sun was out and was glistening off the lake. Wet suits were optional due to the water temperature. 🛁 🏊 . Always a lovely venue to work from. A seamlessly well organised event with safety as a priority. 🚑

Early start for most of the team on Sunday morning. First year covering the Southend Triathlon and for once we were blessed with perfect weather. Great atmosphere and looking forward to helping make the event bigger and better in the future.

🥊 Full day of Muay Thai and K1 Boxing hosted by Bloodline Gym. The day is nowhere near finished but so far we haven’t sat still for long. A club and family atmosphere that we have come to expect. 🥊 More fun still to come… 🚑

🏃‍♀️Sunday morning Cross Country run for some junior athletes. 🚑 Clinician team with ambulance 4x4 on site.

⚽️ Tuesday evening football action a bit closer to home. The brokers showed off their sporting skills this evening and were triumphant.⚽️ 🚑 🚑

48 hours of dry weather wasn’t enough time to dry out the cross country course this morning. A muddy course didn’t stop the emthusiastic running clubs who took part.

Hot weather and thunderstorms can trigger symptoms in those who suffer with lung conditions such as asthma.

Some images from last Sundays Gt Baddow Run. Paramedic teams were positioned at various hot spots on the course and at the start finish. The conditions were quite warm for the runners but some 🏃‍♂️ still made the race look easy. Always a pleasure to support Chelmsford Mildmay Rotary.

🔪🩸The summit comes following recent incidents, such as a stabbing in the car park of Romford’s Brewery shopping centre on February 20 when a 23-year-old man was found with a knife injury.

A 40mph speed limit has been put in place on the A13 between the five bells interchange and Pitsea flyover for safety reasons. Teams are currently planning for repairs to take place on the carriageway as soon as possible.
