Earlier this month we were the appointed caterer to @royalwindsorhorseshow and the Platinum Jubilee celebrations at the event. We thought you might like to see behind the scenes and what it takes to serve more than 4,000 people over four days.
We got through 1,000 bottles of champagne, 250 bottles of our own rosé, 300 plates of our famous fish-cakes and 400 Caesar salads!
