We've just completed another project with Cambrionix – an expert manufacturer and retailer of USB hubs and software.

Having implemented Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud earlier this year, our latest project aimed to build on this foundation with the addition of quote and payment management processes.

By leveraging standard features for quote management and building an API integration with the Stripe payment platform, we helped optimise Cambrionix's end-to-end sales process.

Cloud Orca have just completed another successful project! This time with LYST – the largest global fashion search platform and premium shopping app. Working closely with the Lyst team, we implemented a comprehensive CRM solution, including some of the following tools:

β€’ Streamlined lead management for prospects and partners
β€’ Opportunity management with defined Media sales and Integration sales processes
β€’ Integration with their finance package to allow for streamlined invoicing.

We've just finished another successful Salesforce implementation, this time with Amius – a global brokerage and financial risk management services provider.

Working closely with key Amius staff, Cloud Orca helped Amius upgrade from Enterprise Edition (EE) to Unlimited Edition (UE), helping Amius take advantage of the enhanced functionality offered.

This project aimed to ensure effective management of communications and data, allowing the global team a unified view of customers and leads.

With additional API integration, the Amius team can prioritise their efforts on high-potential prospects, enhancing their overall sales strategy.

We've just completed another successful Salesforce implementation, this time with the excellent Football Association of Wales!

Working closely with senior FAW staff, we created tools, reports, automation and workflows to manage their sales/new partnerships process.

To achieve this, our team created a comprehensive CRM and Marketing solution to organise Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities effortlessly.

Important to this particular implementation was the emphasis on tracking, reporting and total visibility over all sales operations.

We've just concluded another successful Salesforce implementation, this time with Clear Treasury – an international payments broker and FX strategy advisor.

Our team helped the Clear Treasury team move from their existing back-office system to Salesforce, implementing Sales Cloud to help better manage their customers, leads and opportunities.

In addition, we created an API to pull trading data and customer information from their existing database into Salesforce, automated multiple business processes, and implemented comprehensive reporting capabilities to help Clear Treasure make informed decisions.

The Clear Treasury team was immensely helpful in this endeavour. We'd like to extend our warmest thanks for choosing Cloud Orca as your Salesforce Partner.

Cloud Orca has just finished a successful project with Cambridge Healthcare Research – a provider of specialist intelligence and research services for businesses in healthcare and life sciences.

Cambridge Healthcare Research approached Cloud Orca to help implement customer journeys and a CRM solution to help manage their prospects. Our team implemented the following solutions to help CHR achieve their business goals:

- A tailored Lead assignment process used to distribute prospects to relevant teams
- A structured sequence of touch points and interactions designed to engage with leads and contacts systematically using Sales Engagement Cadences
- Marketing Cloud Account Engagement to segment audiences and ensure relevant content is sent
- Automated Marketing-led journeys utilising Engagement Studio
- Integration with the ICD (International Classification of Diseases) API to pull data into Salesforce.

Our team implemented a CRM and Marketing solution provides a consistent process for users to progress leads, win sales, and report on important metrics. Through Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, the Cambrionix team can create dynamic marketing campaigns and feed collected data into their new Salesforce instance.

We've recently completed another project with our long-term partner Hofy – a specialist platform in home working equipment and software for remote workers anywhere in the world.

This Marketing Cloud Account Engagement project built on an existing implementation of Salesforce with the aim of refining and enhancing existing marketing capacities.

In a short time, our team implemented a series of segmentation lists and engagement studio journeys to personalise communications and customer onboarding, as well as the ability to track web traffic and understand engagement across their customer base.

As always, we'd like to thank the Hofy team for their continued partnership. We look forward to working with you again in the near future!

We've just wrapped up another successful multi-cloud project. This time with Insync Insurance Solutions – one of the UK's fastest-growing insurance providers.

Our consultants Dunjhaise Singh and Nathan Jones worked closely with the Insync team to to migrate existing customer and lead management to Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless data flows from their Salesforce CRM.

To future-proof their strategy for building customer journeys, Digital Engagement was also implemented, enhancing customer communications with the option to use WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook Messenger, or LiveChat.

We've just wrapped up another project, this time with BASE Media Cloud, a leading SaaS provider specialising in integrated online media solutions. Our team, led by Sageetha Sambasivam, implemented Marketing Cloud Account Engagement to streamline BASE Media Cloud's sales and marketing operations.

To enhance internal processes, we implemented the following solutions:

- Email automation and dynamic segmentation lists: Streamlining email campaigns and segmenting customers for targeted communication.
