𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 — 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟏I know you all want to showcase how many client you have and how amazing that lash set turned out but look at it this way.. your clients often have no makeup on or their eyebrows, skin & hair is not “perfect” and they usually have no time to spear at the end of the appointment so you rush taking a quick picture and post that even though you are not 100% happy with the makeup, angle, light etc..Why we recommend having model days & shoots is because it will save you a ton of time on when you want to post content because you will have prepared & retouched photos. You can control EVERYTHING from makeup to what colour you want your models eyes to be, the whole setup so literally everything..So once a month reserve a whole day where you find a model, create the best possible set you can, book a photographer or if you have knowledge on how to use a pro camera you can do it yourself and simply let your creativity flow 😌

Okay before I start this post let’s make something clear, when ppl call these messy looking, chunky whatevers “Russians” I want to delete myself from social media, I’m not even joking it drives me crazy 🤣 please learn the meaning of the word! Russian volume is a technique, a definition of how a certain lash fan look like, symmetrical - narrow opening - short base. Russians on the other side are actual ppl any not lash styles! Okay now that we cleared this up back to the post ↓ Unfortunately I see this example waaaay to often and its finally time to say something. So what exactly is wrong with this apart from the obvious that it’s 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴? £50 full set 1 day, 5 ppl = £250 1 week, 5 days = £1250 1 month, 20 days = £5000 𝘓𝘦𝘵 𝘮𝘦 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬 𝘪𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 👉🏼 First thing first what I teach to my student is that we artists make our money from infills and not full sets, right ? If you would be doing 5 full sets a day, 5 days per week, 4 weeks per month you would be seeing 100 new client every month with no returning ones! That means you are doing something wrong if all you see is new faces and no returning ones. You need to build a connection with your clients and give them the best lashes you can possibly do! If their lashes falling out too soon or you didn’t listen to what kind of set they want or the lashes are uncomfortable, why would they come back to you ? Especially when you are cheap ? They just gonna try another one. Second thing is no matter where you are, if you are charging £50 for a full set you are either mediocre and you are okay with that or lazy to invest in yourself and business in order to charge more for your craft. And no, the “ ppl in my area don’t have money or won’t pay more “ excuse is very outdated so stop

In order to excel at any skill, you need to push yourself out of your comfort zone and practice things you aren't good at. So the next time you sit to practice a new skill, step out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself. Concentrate on whatever is most difficult for you, and with time you’ll find you achieve a higher level of overall efficiency 🙌🏼

So what exactly is wrong with this apart from the obvious that it’s 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴? £40 full set 1 day, 5 ppl = £200 1 week, 5 days = £1000 1 month, 20 days = £4000 1 year = £48,000 𝘓𝘦𝘵 𝘮𝘦 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬 𝘪𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳. You can find your ideal clientele literally anywhere if you are hungry enough for success. Third thing is if you wanna try to go down this route you will burn out and have no business within a year I can guarantee you that! Lets say on average a set takes around 2 hours ( classic & natural volume, dramatic or mega volume takes 3+ hours ) So if you have 5 clients every day and you spend 2 hours with each plus minus the time
