Guys listen, if you don’t already take models for pro shoots than this is your sign to start! Even when I was a busy artist with clients I took a couple of models a month on my days of. Why? Because you will have all the time you need to create the perfect set and to take the perfect pictures of your work! Clients often rush because they have a busy schedule so you can’t expect them to lay there while you take a couple of shots.

If you want to showcase your worth, your talent and reach your desired clientele you will have to make the effort! The effort that goes into creating that set, the effort to have a good setup ( lights, soft boxes, props etc ) the effort to take hundreds of pictures and then edit them!

Not many are willing to do it but this is what it takes, you simply can’t achieve the same results if you take a quick blurry and yellow shot from your 5th client a day when you desiccate a day or even half a day for pro shots. 📸💡

If you ask me what is the most sensitive and most important topic in the lash industry I would definitely say ʀᴇᴛᴇɴᴛɪᴏɴ!
