Sebastian Goffin | Yoga Instructor

Sebastian was born and raised in London and is a professional dancer, actor and singer. He originally trained at The Royal Ballet School and went on to dance in Germany and Norway for The Bavarian State Ballet and The Norwegian National Ballet. In 2016 he moved back to London to pursue a career in musical theatre in which he continues to perform.

He trained with Ambra Vallo at Indaba Yoga studio graduating with 250hours in Hatha Raja Vinyasa. His classes will both challenge and support you. Calming the mind and connecting the body to the breath. He incorporates a balance of meditation, pranayama, asana and kriyas in his classes.

What do you prefer?

We've all got so used to doing classes on-line, and there are loads of benefits to practicing at home. Not dealing with public transport to get to your class, being able to be totally unselfconscious, feeling like no one's watching of you finish early or need a bit more time in co**se pose!?

What do you think are the biggest benefits from being in the studio?

Better focus and concentration? Not noticing the fluff under the sofa that needs cleaning as you hold a low plank? Not being interrupted by the kids, or the cat, or your partner (however cute they are!!) Being around other people that are encouraging and having a quick chat after class?
