A couple of week ago, SLC's Trade Team were in attendance at 's fabulous European roadshow - we had Cat from over from Oz alongside Zane Williams who was representing .

put together 5 fantastic days across London, Manchester & Frankfurt consisting of meetings, events & training sessions with 19 UK product managers, 3 French tour operators, 12 German product managers, 1 Dutch operator & 200+ agents (all that was missing was a partridge in a pear tree).

As the conflict in Gaza continues to escalate, many have found themselves wondering if it is safe to travel to Jordan. Flights to Jordan are continuing to operate, and the Jordan Tourism Board is reassuring travellers that the country remains a safe haven for visitors.

To show how safe and open the destination is, the Jordan Tourism Board has shared videos from tourists currently in destination. This week took on the road to London & Birmingham for . Over 2 nights we brought 110 agents together with 10 suppliers from the South-east Asia region to talk about exciting new openings, itineraries & destinations in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia & beyond.

A special shoutout must go to – a city we haven’t had the opportunity to visit since pre-Pandemic: we were absolutely blown away by the response & engagement from agents in Brum and we’re sure it won’t be too long before is heading back in the vicinity of the Bullring after this!

This morning, Gill and Shirley hosted a session on the Australian market to Vietnam. Key take-outs:

- In December 22, Australian arrivals to Vietnam hit 83.8% of 2019 levels, outperforming all other key international markets
- Demand for Australians to visit Vietnam is at an all-time high, and growing
- Airlift is strong, with VN moving to larger aircraft, Bamboo Airlines having launched routes in 2022 and Vietjet announcing a new route from April
